I tried to give ICS look to my Samsung Galaxy Ace. And it looks very cool. Go Launcher Ex did the job and use a theme to make your Android 2.3.x to look like ICS. It will change home screen and app drawer. For lock screen you can choose Go Locker and use ICS theme for it.
